What is Charleston Head Spa's Cancellation Policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 30% of the service fee to the card on file. Same-day cancellations are considered no-shows and will be charged 100% of the service fee.

To cancel your appointment, please use Vagaro as soon as possible and ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation to avoid any charges. If you are unable to log into Vagaro, please email us at charlestonheadspa@gmail.comor call (843) 425-1080. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the service.

Do you provide training for Head Spa services?

No, we do not currently provide training for Head Spa services. We are in the process of expanding and have limited time for coaching or training at the moment. This may be something we offer in the future, but it is not available at this time.

Why can't I find any available appointments?

Charleston Head Spa is currently booked up 30 days in advance. If Vagaro shows no available appointments, that means we have no openings within the next 30 days. Please give us a call at (843) 425-1080 to schedule an appointment further out.

What is a Head Spa?

A Head Spa is a specialized treatment focused on the health and relaxation of the scalp, hair, and mind. It involves a deep cleanse, scalp massage, and conditioning treatments using water and steam therapy. At Charleston Head Spa, we also include a mini facial and scalp analysis to customize the experience to your needs. The goal is to promote scalp health, reduce stress, and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
